After falling off the bandwagon for a few days after my husband returned home from school I managed to push it a little further today to get back on track. With my husband's loving push, I met my fitness goals for the day!
Running/Walking: 2 mi / 4.5 mi / 26.2 mi
Biking: 10 mi / 45 mi / 112 mi
Swimming: 1000 / 3000 / 4200 yds
